Our Latest Project
In addition to the ongoing terrorism cases we are continuing to
handle, we are currently putting together a lawsuit against Hamas, The Islamic Republic
of Iran, and other potential defendants for the horrific October 7, 2023 massacre in Israel.
What We Do
We have specialized in obtaining and collecting on judgments against
terrorist nations and organizations for the last 25 years. We do not advertise on television,
nor do we solicit strangers on the telephone. Most of our business has come from
referrals from clients, family members and colleagues. We have obtained judgments
against the Sudan, Iran, and the Taliban. Among our successes: We have collected
more than $14,000,000.00 on a judgment against Iran for the parents (and sister) whose
daughter was murdered by Hamas operatives in the July 31, 2002, bombing of the
cafeteria at the Mount Scopus campus of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. We
collected more than $10,000,000.00 for two spouses who were injured in the 1998
bombing of the US Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya and their family members. Collection
efforts are ongoing. We have worked with other attorneys to obtain a 2.6-billion-dollar
judgment against Iran for the 1998 bombing of the US Marine Barracks in Lebanon. We
have collected approximately 38% of that judgment to date. Collection efforts are
ongoing. In addition, we both have extensive trial experience which we use to get
justice for our clients. We have both served on active duty in the Judge Advocate
General's Corps. Mr. Bond is also a former federal prosecutor. He has tried over 500
jury trials and counting.
Why We Do This
We believe that victims of terrorism and their families should be
compensated for their injuries, pain, suffering, medical bills, and emotional distress.
Moreover, we firmly believe obtaining and collecting large money judgments against
terrorist organizations and countries is the best deterrent to future acts of terrorism.
We would be honored if you allow us to go after terrorist countries and organizations that
have victimized you and/or your family members on your behalf.
Our Practice Areas
Representation of Victims of Terrorism
We are honored to speak with victims and family members of international terrorism
committed by terrorist nations and organizations such as Hamas and the Taliban.
We have previously brought suit and collected in a Hamas massacre involving the 2002
bombing of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as noted below. We will not include any
hostage families in any lawsuit until their situation is resolved but we would like
to speak with them as soon as possible.
Fees: In the event that our lawsuits are successful our fee is one third of the gross
recovery before reasonable costs and expenses that we advance are deducted. If we
don't recover you owe nothing.
Civil Litigation
Civil Litigation covers non-criminal disputes between opposing parties where one party is
generally seeking compensation, or damages, from another party for their malignant action or
inaction.
Civil Rights
According to the Constitution of the United States, the U.S. Government must respect and uphold
a citizen's rights. Unauthorized search and seizure, police brutality and malpractice, and
actions by private citizens to suppress or withhold these rights fall under Civil Rights law.
Criminal Defense
A Criminal Defense Lawyer is a shield that protects your afforded rights during any process of a criminal proceeding.
They ensure that every protection afforded to you by the Law is utilized to its fullest extent.
You do not have to wait to be charged with a crime to contact a criminal defense lawyer, and it
is advisable to have legal counsel even if you are acting as a witness.
